The Staffing team were quick to respond, schedule interviews, and present offer within 4 days. Interviews: 6 senior team members,the group director, the GM, and VP. Advice: be yourself, prepare and know the business. Culture: smart people who work hard and value Microsoft experience vs previous experience.

Negotiation Details
Negotiation was a little frustrating b/c you're negotiating with the staffing lead vs. the hiring manager, so the negotiations are protracted and take multiple rounds.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
