Interview Details –
The group had a very inviting and casual culture. They did an initial phone screening - asking questions about my process for tracking multiple projects. In addition, they asked for written answers to more philosophical questions about why I want this job and my past experiences.
The in-person interview was a series of 1 hour interviews with potential colleagues. The most intense interview was based on a precision questioning/precision answering scenario. The interviewer was intentionally vague and peppered questions at me - I expect to see how well I dug out answers in a stressful situation.
