No Offer – Interviewed in Redmond, WA Jan 2012 – Reviewed May 21, 2012

Interview Details – The group had a very inviting and casual culture. They did an initial phone screening - asking questions about my process for tracking multiple projects. In addition, they asked for written answers to more philosophical questions about why I want this job and my past experiences.

The in-person interview was a series of 1 hour interviews with potential colleagues. The most intense interview was based on a precision questioning/precision answering scenario. The interviewer was intentionally vague and peppered questions at me - I expect to see how well I dug out answers in a stressful situation.

Interview Question – How would you explain the value of your job to a new product group?   View Answer

Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day.
