Initial phone screen interview by VOLT
Then in person interview with VOLT National Acct Mgr. to prep for the panel interview at Microsoft. Given overview of the types of questions that would be asked.
30 min. panel interview with 2 Supervisors and Division Head. questions mostly focused on giving examples of how I displayed skill set. Looking for team players who are strong advocates for the customer and to be instrumental liaison for cross-departmental solutions for systemic problem.
