    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Microsoft Licensing.

    Interview Details

The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen where general questions were asked about current and previous experience. A second phone interview followed that went into more technical detail and included some simple scenario based questions, behavioral questions, and discussion about expectations. The in person interview lasted several hours and consisted of interviewing with several people both individually and in a panel format. Questions included current and past experience, scenarios, white boarding, and problem solving. Each interviewer or panel focused on a distinct area and was usually a member of another team. The interview concluded with the hiring manager. It was an intense but not overly intimidating process.
