Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Microsoft in December 2008.

Interview Details

I got a referral from a friend and after expressing interest I was contacted by the HR recruiter. I spoke to her for a good hour or so. I then went through a phone screen that was difficult and lasted over an hour. I then went in for a "loop" which consisted of 6 1-on-1 and group interviews over a variety of topics. The interviews were really tough. I received an offer a day later and accepted.
