    I interviewed through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks - interviewed at Microsoft in January 2013.

    they didnt ask anything regarding to my last 6 years experience. they didnt ask the questions realted to the position. i am not sure if the interviewer was at my level of knowledge
    they asked me how do i get information regarding to a component.... simple look at the datasheet. i dont find the interviewer was up to date with current developments on mobile technologies and electronics. the position was micrsoft new tab product design.. what a contrast....

    • no difficult question. actually basic questions came like low pass high pass filters, impulse response of some different signals to different simple circuits.. flip flops and opamps.. circuit theory as well as EMC EMI related questions.   View Answer

    i didnt see it worthfull to leave europe for such arrogant type company and employees. their knowledge level was not higher. i didnt see a development from career point of view. at sum up of all my impression, microsoft is not a place to work
