Interviewed Apr 2012 (took a day)

Applied online for the position. Received a phone call setting up a phone interview for the following week. The phone interview was with the HR hiring manager and consisted of behavioral questions. Those that stand out are "Why do you want to work at our company, what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, what would your former bosses say about you, tell me about a time when a project did not go as planned?"
After the interview, the next step was to set up an interview at the local office with the SME (subject matter expert). However, the night before the interview I received a do-not-reply email notifying that the position was filled.
The behavioral interview was not an issue since I went knowing about the company, the tech position, and the point-of-view from the interviewers position.
