I applied through other source and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Middlesex Hospital in May 2009.
Interview Details – They found my resume on a job site and contacted me. I had a phone interview and one on site. On site I was introduced to several members of the staff and management. The process did not take long and I found them professional and out going. (This was several years ago and I have heard that management has changed)
Interview Question – Desired salary? View Answer
Negotiation Details – Negotiation was easy. They emailed me an offer which was very exceptable.
Very Easy Interview
I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Middlesex Hospital.
Interview Details –
Standard. No real surprises. HR does not accept an application unless it is for a specific job. You cant just apply for a job as a nure, It have to be for a specific positon, for expample: oncology.
My one complaint is that there is NO notification if you are passed over for a job. That seems very rude to me.
Interview Question – I was hired on the spot by the Hiring Manager. I did not have to go through ais question. normal hiring process. I honestly don't have an answer for th Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There weren't any negotiations. I acceptd scale.
