Ramp Agent Interview

Anonymous Employee
Milwaukee, WI

I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at Midwest Air in June 2008.

Interview Details – Prospective hires were part of groups that went through a number of classes on various subjects (such as airport operation, hazardous materials, loading aircraft, marshaling etc.) and then pass a number of tests on each topic. There were just one or two people that didn't pass these tests out of a group of about 20. We had to provide lots of information for background checks, we had to get a physical and pass a physical test. Then 2 people from HR did an interview of each person. The questions were very basic (e.g. do you work well on a team).
