Director at Milan Historical Museum

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Milan, OH Mar 2010 – Reviewed Sep 3, 2012

Interview Details – I was recommended by a college professor. He directed me to contact the director of the Milan Historical Museum through her work email. We conversed back and forth a couple times through email and then I was asked to come interview at her office. She asked me about my ongoing college study, previous employers, and my type of personal character. The office at the Museum was warm and welcoming. Things were open and easily accessible when the director had free time, but could also be easily closed off for privacy. She seemed truly interested in what I had to say. The information she gave me was very detailed and self explanatory, but she also walked me through it just in case.

Interview Question – Why did I think I would be a good fit as an employee for this particular job?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There was not much to negotiate. Everyone in my position was offered the same thing. I would recommend being positive and open in the interview. They just expect honesty out of someone.
