Milliman Analyst Interview

Interviewing at Milliman was a surprisingly negative experience. Aside from the friendly HR staff, the associates I spoke with had the personality of cardboard and didn't really seem interested in the skills or experience I could bring to the position. The questions they asked were completely stock and it was clear that neither of them had looked over my resume prior to our conversation. By the end of the interview, it was clear that they preferred candidates who had little to no experience and would work endless hours for minimal pay without batting an eye.
