Interview Details – Interview was very casual, covered company/job details. Interview questions were mostly related to past job experiences, very little behavioural questions were posed.
Interview Question – I appreciated the fact that the interviewer asked where I saw my career going, she understood that most front-desk positions don't last more than a year. View Answer

Interview Details – The initial call for interview was good, it seemed very organized. But they had only posted one job even though there were numerous different ones. Furthermore they were not so ambitious, as they thought of what they did as being to simple for people who later in life wanted to pursue a career in something like management consulting.

Interview Details – I was a campus placement. Interview was simple and the interviewers very cordial and friendly. Tried to make the interviewee as comfortable. There were no technical questions posed since I was yet in college. The interview was focused more on understanding my communication skills, my focus on career, what my goals are, company knowledge, why I want to join the company, why I am in the particular field etc

Interview Details – Very professional, yet easy to follow. They reached out to me without me even applying and said they found my resume online (though I posted it in so many places I don't know from where). Had a brief phone interview and asked to go back. Went in for a 1:1 interview with 2 people separately. Called back for 2nd interview with the Director. And hired a week later. (about 3 weeks total)

Negotiation Details – No real negotiating. Its a HUGE company worldwide so their offer stands.

There are one phone interview and 2 face-to-face interviews. The company didn't have very structured interview questions and the environment was casual.
The overall impression of the company is that the culture is easy going and they focus on flexibility and creativity a lot.

Interview Details – The interviews consisted of an initial meeting with a senior director and then several meetings with different accounts after which each account makes a decision with regard to a candidate, and offers are then assigned based upon the priority given to each account's needs.
