Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
The interview process was one of the better i have had in my life. I met with several middle and higher level people - all were smart, knowledgeable, committed, professional, friendly. They seemed to care a lot about hiring "the right person". All seemed thoroughly and sincerely committed to the success of the company, their department and the position. The Human Resources department was probably the most respectable professional I have ever seen in any interview I have ever had. It was exceptional, and assumedly effective in hiring just the right kind/amount of talent for the position. I appreciated as well that they were COMPLETELY candid with me, although I did not get the position.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 6 months)
Interviewed several different times with multiple teams. Interview process involves face to face with multiple employees. Conversations are directed to indicate past behavior. Process felt aimed to get a personal connection with team members, but a heavy emphasis was placed on situational behavior. The process works to learn about a candidate very well.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
Interview questions were standard, such as "tell me about yourself," "why are you leaving your current job," "what is a project you were most proud of," etc. Nothing behavioral was asked. Job as described was very different from written job description, and HR practices in general seemed rudimentary. Interviewer described tensions between generalists and specialists.
