Interviewed Mar 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 1+ week)
Very straightforward - Questions on current role, reason for moving, why do I want to work for MindTree, any constraints on travel ( I was told I would be travelling 80% of the time in a non-sales role - didnt happen though).

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
Step 1: Aptitude exam + English test + C programming test.
Step 2: If shortlisted, then technical interview. I was asked to write 3-4 programs using any of the programming language I was comfortable with. I chose C and easily wrote the programs. One program was a difficult one, but I managed do it as well. They all were logical, so if u apply a little brain, its a cake walk. Also it depends on the guy whos taking the interview, I was lucky, my friend got a nast guy and she didnt get selected despite being very good. So all the best!
Step 3: If short listed again, then HR interview. It was a stress interview. So keep ur calm and never never say bad things about urself, ur college or ur school. Just be positive and keep smiling. Dont back answer.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Chennai (India) (took 4 days)
There was an initial screening round to check the technical acumen of the person. After that there was a problem-solving round, where the person is expected to design the architecture for the situation given. It is followed by a discussion of the architecture that was suggested. After that there is another round of interview with the Chief architect. Then there is a discussion with the HR.
A quick process that was also challenging. An efficient talent-acquisition team and a competent technical evaluation team all contributed a good experience.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
Being very reasonable and fair, they do not try to hire at a cheaper rate based on the current compensation which could be significantly lower as compared to the industry standards. They evaluate well they buy and when they make up their mind they do not try to buy talent cheaper than the market rates.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 2 days)
I got hired at a campus recruitment drive, amongst hundreds of others :X but the entire process was systematic n neat. the initial aptitude exam was simple for me, if you prepare for about a month or more, you can do it too. there was a C or Cpp or Java prog to be written, which was li'l tricky for me. The interview process took 40 mins and revolved majorly around programming concepts.
