i got a call from a recruiter, the roles, responsible, JD was Very clear. Interview conducted in right manner.
1, very good session with panel , checked in and out of the skills mentioned.
2. panel is very friendly, make us to comfortable before starting the interview.
i got eliminated in the manager round where i found him as so busy person ( may be acting).. in between the interview he left the room and came back after 15 mins and for every 2 mins answering calls in his mobile. it was very annoying.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 1 week)
Had 2 technical rounds. One after the other in a week. Then final HR round at the campus. Interview was simple. First 2 rounds were conducted by managers and HR was condcuted by senior manager and I went into his project.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 days)
1 tech round and one HR round. The HR then kept begging to join the company after being selected.
Simple questions in Java like encapsulation and polymorphism and inheritance.
Nothing really great, they were in a hurry to staff employees.
