mindtree came on our college campus in chennai for placement in oct 2011. around 1700 students(highest in mindtree history) participated, which includes students of my college and other college students. initially they took 2 hour written test which include objective maths, program output, letter writing on given situation and one program writing. around 350 students selected in written test. then in personal interview they selected 120 students.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.

We were hired through a campus recruitment program, where we were through 2 rounds. One of the round was written and one was technical.

I had interview in my college campus only. Interview process consists of programming and english testing skills. They made us to write a small programme and two pages of essay for given topic. Shortlisted candidates were asked for GD. people who cleared GD went for 1:1 interview which had both technical and HR part. People who cleared interview were given offer letter.
