we were about 2000 people from 6 institutions and they started with the introduction about the company and the interview procedure
>it starts with a aptitude test contains about 30 question can refer r.s.agarwal book for the aptitude questions
>then in the same question paper after the aptitude part over it contains some programming questions like debugging and write a program for the given scenario.
>the shortlisted students will be called for the next round.
>The next round will be an one on one interview.
>it can be only h.r round or both technical and h.r with the same interviewer
>the selected candidates will be offered by an offer letter.

This went on really well.There was a technical interview.I was also asked to write some programs.Then there was another technical interview.Followed my general round of interview and HR in the end.I was lucky to face all the interviews on the same day .

Negotiation Details
This was the a bad experience.I did not get a proper chance to negotiate my offer .I was mailed my offer.And compensation offer to me was very bad.With 1 year exp I was offer lesser than campus batch.there is no fair game with the salary offered here

Interview had 2 rounds. 1st was written test, which had Aptitude test,letter writing , program output and program writing. I was selected after 1st round. 2nd round was on the next day,which was HR interview.
