Interviewed Feb 2011 in Chennai (India) (took 4 days)
There was an initial screening round to check the technical acumen of the person. After that there was a problem-solving round, where the person is expected to design the architecture for the situation given. It is followed by a discussion of the architecture that was suggested. After that there is another round of interview with the Chief architect. Then there is a discussion with the HR.
A quick process that was also challenging. An efficient talent-acquisition team and a competent technical evaluation team all contributed a good experience.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
Being very reasonable and fair, they do not try to hire at a cheaper rate based on the current compensation which could be significantly lower as compared to the industry standards. They evaluate well they buy and when they make up their mind they do not try to buy talent cheaper than the market rates.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 2 days)
Got a call from a consultant for a position of an Architect with the PES group. Sent my resume across and it got shortlisted. Had two technical round followed by a round with the AVP. Very good experience overall. The people sounded dedicated and focussed.

Reason for Declining
Offered CTC was way below my expectations. We then got into a little bit of haggling which I never like. They were ultimately willing to offer what I had asked for but by that time I had decided to accept another offer.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
