Interviewed Jan 2011 in New Delhi (India) (took 2 days)
Interview process starts with a highly analytical test consisting of problems from mathematics,logical reasoning,english,computers. After that selected candidates are called for technical interview, in that interviewer starts from basic skills questions to greater level as per the responses. After that there might be another technical round with Team lead & if everything goes fine a HR round to discuss your ambitions & about yourself.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
