I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Mindjolt Games in November 2010.
Interview Details – 1. Gave an online test which consisted of 5 programming questions in Java.
2. Gave a phone interview (Basic Java)
3. On-site interview consisted of questions regarding past experiences, one programming question, one puzzle and some basic data structures

Interview Details – Phone Interview:
1) questions about concatenating strings in Java (using '+' operator and StringBuffer)
2) Synchronization of threads using synchronized blocks in Java
1) Puzzle: 5 pirates 1000 (or 100) gold coins
2) Design a chess game

Negotiation Details – Human Resources basically made me an offer and I took it. I could have negotiated more but they were offering to train me for three months so I think it was a pretty good deal.
