Hiring process was tedious... They were absolute unclear for everything. Had a real bad experience with them. after following up for almost like 15-20 days they eventually told me the result. Also they didnt seem friendly enough and unlike most of the companies they never told what exactly there are looking for, didnt showed around the company.

It takes like forever to get response from them. Some easy technical questions regarding to RF and Microwave circuits.

Some paper tests first, then on site interview. Before the 1:1 interview, I did some tests and filled out some paperwork first. Several people talked to me. HR manager, some engineers. I feel they are satisfied about me. They told me the president will interview me later but he did not interview me finally. They gave me a job offer, but the salary is not very good.
