Hi,
There was a written Screening test consisting of all the basic questions on concepts like DBMS, OOP, date structures algorithms , which were pretty simple.
In 1:1 interview I was asked questions on OO concepts , puzzles and questions on my projects how I approached the problems etc. Wasn't very tough and the HR interview consisted of just basic stuff like aims,goals etc.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and an IQ/Intelligence Test.
