Interview Details – Multi Staged, interviewed with multiple HR people, and people from the actual buisness line.
Given both a Brig-Mayer and other test to determine mental compentancy
Refrence process is rather tedious.

Interview Details – I had only one interview. It was not difficult, and they did not ask any tricky questions. They basically wanted to hear about my experience and whether I thought I could handle the responsibilities of the job. They asked specific questions about my background and experience, but nothing crazy.

Negotiation Details – The HR person, who is no longer at Mizuho, gave me to understand that the small guaranteed bonus would be in addition to whatever else I could add to it throu the good work I was expected to do. This turned out to have no basis in fact. But, as I say, that recruiter is no longer with Mizuho, and I don't believe such experience will recur.

Interview Details – Company had a series on interviews (one with the HR department and then with the division managers). Easy interview questions with an emphasis on microsoft access and fixing problems with macros embedded in access.

General questions about the day to day role, if you've done the job before you should be able to handle this easily i.e. what do you check before a drawdown, how good is your excel etc?

HR interview is where they ask questions about motivation i.e. why Mizuho, where do you see yourself in 5 years time, how would you deal with a volatile colleague etc

Negotiation Details – They made an initial offer 5k less than what was on the online job spec range. I said I couldn't move without being paid the top range. They paid up

Interview Details – Conversation. It permits many total BS artists to lie about previous experience and misrepresent skills, and get a job.

Interview Details – Applied thru agency. Informed that it was a panel interview with HR siting in. On the day of interview, HR rep on MC
2 interviewers, one was ok & gave me an opportunity to answer qns & polite right till the end. The other one was downright rude, no eye contact during the entire interview, always interrupting when i was answering, just walked off before the interview ended. Gave me the impression that they were not too happy to have me there.
