This company typically hires temps for this position and if the temporary employee fits with the company, converts the employee into a permanent employee.

    Interview Questions
    • Interview questions are typical for this typically entry level position. What is your experience in A/R? Describe your ability to multi-task? How do you work under pressure, in a difficult situation? Tell us about your last job, why did you leave? What did you like about your last position, what would you change? Why do you want to work at this company?   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
There is no negotiating the salary. Pay is typically $14/hour for this position. If you want higher pay- look for a position in Hunt Valley or Towson. The medical benefits are not great here either. High deductibles, high premiums. The working environment is pleasant overall.
