Interview Details – I was contacted by Modis after posting my resume on Monster. Pros: They were very enthusiastic and professional. They actually were extremely kind and met me at the interview for the 3rd party vendor I later contracted with. Modis really made me feel like a superstar throughout the process, my self confidence was really high during the interview. Cons: The contract that they gave out to me was non-negotiable, I wasn't thrilled with some of the terms inside of it. Modis acted like that it was an odd question to find out if I could get some of the contract wording changed. It wasn't a huge deal and I ended up signing the contract. However the job ended before the contract terms (because they didn't have enough work for me) and I didn't get compensated for the duration of the contract. That was annoying because I turned down another job.
Interview Question – The 3rd party vendor contacted Modis before I left the building and a job offer was on the table less then an hour after the interview, would I be willing to accept on the spot? View Answer
Negotiation Details – It was fine, I thought that the salary they offered seemed fair so I didn't haggle. I accepted right away.

Interview Details – Received a phone call from their managing director regarding a resume I had posted and he invited me in. I was scheduled to meet with a number of people in the interview. When I arrived they seemed to be very disorganized. After I met with the first person another came in but I could tell he was not expecting to meet with me. After that the first manager came back and said that they other people were no longer available to speak.
