Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Mohawk Industries.

Interview

Interviewed with director and several plant managers. Basic questions on experiences, expectations, etc. Was fairly laid back. Comfortable. Felt welcomed.

Interview Questions

  • None really. Very forward. Interview with supervisor was very laid back. Seemed very interested and almost as if decision had been made and was more of a formality.   Answer Question

Negotiation

No negotiations needed. Was right in line with expectations and relocation package was very good.
