Interview Details – On Call add watch-out, Telephone Interview, followed by a time and place interview, Punctuality is tested, Followed by a waiting time depending on Hour of visit for interview and suitable candidate, Personality is determined and on further interview 1 on 1 it is spoken of as o the reaction and interaction between fellow candidate, followed by questions on academic front; academic achievement; Skills, practical knowledge, followed by a practical & Theoretical test, if unsuccessful candidate is informed bout being notified accordingly; however is successful candidate is presented in front of the board (Either Directors or Administrators or both group) for final phase of interview where questions related to performance, Expectation of career and finally Salary expectations; once all three are completed (Specially the last one), again if unsuccessful candidate is informed bout being notified accordingly; however is successful candidate is presented with a offer letter, Terms & Condition and (Either) a draft or a final copy of the contract, read the contract carefully, watch out specifically for clauses where Time / Hour of work, Salary, Salary increment, Work condition, Retirement clauses, benefits, company considered Working days, Overtime, Late & Early clauses, (Recommend to show to a good Lawyer / attorney before submitting/signing) (Usually a candidate is given Seven Working days before the offer expires or requires renew.) also if any clause is problematic or in question suggest re-negotiate with concerned department (Usually HRD & Legal Team) of the respective company.
Interview Question – Questions on Marketing, Engineering, General Knowledge, Logic & Government structure is questioned but it differs from department to department within the company with regards to Job Requirement. View Answer
