I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Molina Healthcare in February 2011.

Interview Details – basic screening and talked about the position detail and if I am a fit. asked about my skills and what I can offer. asked 1 softskill question regarding customer service.
2 manager interview. asked me a few softskill question talked about salary.

Interview Question – tellme about how you manage projects   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – low-ball pay. IT dept bad review. Bad vibe from interview comment on how crappy the IT dept is run. A dead end job with no future growth. Too much upper mgt level. 3 manager for 1 dept?
