Interviewed Apr 2012 in New York, NY (took a day)
There was first a phone screening to make sure I was a suitable candidate for the position. I was then told that I would come in and meet with the Human Resources Assistant Director as well as the Finance Manager.
The HR AD asked me a couple of basic questions then rudely stated (before one answer) "I don't know math, you should since you're the finance person". I was abruptly taken back by her unprofessionalism, but I answered her questions pleasantly. I was then told the Finance Manager had only a little bit of time to meet with me since she was "extremely busy". Why schedule an interview for that given day and time if you are busy. This was an add to the insult.
The Finance Manager didn't seem interested in the interview and ended it very quickly. In about 15 minutes, I'd say.
This wasn't a good interviewing experience. It was perhaps one of my worse.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
Very casual. I went into the office a couple times and met with several members of the existing account team. The questions weren't very difficult or complicated. We chatted about my background and they told me a little about what they do. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 1+ week)
Opening was for event management for a national touring sponsor activation. Since the tour relied on a rather grass roots method of advertising and ticket sales, they ultimately wanted someone with inroads into the specific event audience. Phone interviewer was friendly and conversational, with a fairly standard behavioral interview approach.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
My first contact with the company was a call from HR who set up a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. The face to face interview with HR was very casual. She did not ask any detailed questions about my background. During my time with the HR rep I became aware that they were interviewing me for a different job than what I applied. I was hesitant but after working at the comapny, I was glad I went to a different division. Within weeks, the job I applied for was eliminated. Within minutes of meeting the HR rep, I was being interviewed by the hiring manager. She asked the typical interview questions. Afterwards, I met with her boss. The enitre process was very casual.
