Phone Interview: Interviewed with the recruiter was able to provide detailed
information, as was asked questions like, tell me what you know about our company? be prepared to provide your salary upfront, this was a sticking point for the recruiter, once I provided the salary that I made, it was clear that colored the interview even though it was mentioned I was an exact fit for the job.
