Submission of form followed by psychometric assessment.

Contacted by HR to go to the next round which is a group interview followed by a one on one interview session with HR officer.

Next round is an exclusive brunch session with the managing director of MAS.

    I applied online. The process took a dayinterviewed at Monetary Authority of Singapore in September 2011.

    Interview

    1st round: assessment center where you have to do a series of 5 short test followed by an essay on the current economic status in Singapore.

    you will know if you pass the 1st round if they call or email you the next day asking you for the 2nd round

    2nd round: 1 hr group discussion in coming out with a policy followed by a 1:1 interview with hr manager.

    3rd round: brunch/ dinner with the management

    4th round: panel interview with senior management
