Interviewed Mar 2010 in Chester, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 weeks)
Applied through an acency, the agency gave me details of the interview and who I needed to speak to. The interview took place with the head of digital at their office in Chester, was very relaxed talking about my previous work and experience. Invited to a second interview with same person and someone from HR. An hour after they interviewed, I got a call saying they would like to offer me the job.

Pay was less than my current role so didn't make much sense taking the role.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
