I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Saint Louis, MO (took a day)
General "describe you strengths and weakness question" and then there was a lot of questions that showed how weak they were in the knowledge they were actually hiring me for. I was actually worried that they were using the interview to get free consulting! but the next day they offered me the job.
