I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Monsanto Company in June 2013.
Interview Details – I was phone screened by a senior recruiter, and was later invited for an on-site interview. The interview consisted of a four person panel, three from the business side, and one HR Manager. Prior to the on-site interview, I did my research, and found that the interviews performed consisted of behavioral questions. Having been a hiring manager at a company that performed behavioral interviews, I had a good idea of what kind of questions I would be asked. I was asked a total of 12 behavioral questions (3 per interviewer). At the risk of sounding delusional, I think I may have done too well, and for some reason, they decided to pass on me. Unfortunately, the recruiter did not return my phone call or my email when I followed up a few weeks after the interview, to check my status.
