This question was not inherently difficult, but writing code with someone watching your every keystroke while also having to talk and explain your every move is weird.

There's a manufacturing company that makes widgets.
It packages the widgets up in Shipments of 5-10 widgets.

Packaging the widgets into the package by:
serial number
creation date
and some way to package them
different plants choose different ways to package up their stuff.

Widgets contain:
serial number
color
(and will need creation data for the packaging algorithm).

Then it lists incoming test data and expected data to come out:
color, creation date
color, creation date, etc.

How comfortable are you using Outlook to manage workflow?

How can you sort a database query results on multiple columns. Like first name, second name, age.

We have a configuration of SpringMVC-Spring-Hibernate. So when we try to load a page and if it has to get a data using hibernate, we create hibernate session and get the data and close the session(or it closes automatically) and then model or data is passed to the MVC.
What should be done if we do not have to close the hibernate session until the page is loaded.
