One on one interviews with behaviorlal questions. Fairly standard interview process.

Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult employee.
Describe a time when you had to come up with a creative solution on the job.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
