Interviewed May 2007 in Creve Coeur, MO (took 2 days)
The first interview was in two parts, the first part was with the development group, the second with the infrastructure group (these interviews each has 2 interviewers). The 2nd interview was a panel interview in which people from multiple interested teams ask you questions. After the interview all the teams bid for you if you want you based on company rank, if nobody wants you then you fail the interview.
