Interviewed Feb 2008 (took a day)

Went to breakfast with two employees and two other candidates. Took a tour of the plant then went to lunch just me with two different employees. The other candidate the same. Then I went before three separat e panels for Behavior based questions.

I was fresh out of school, not too much negotiating.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
