I applied through a recruiter and the process took a day - interviewed at Monsanto Company in February 2009.

Interview Details – I had a phone screen interview that took about thirty minutes. The personal interview was panel style consisting of two groups of people. First was peer colleagues and then the management team. The peer colleagues were not very friendly or open and did not seem like people I would want to work with,
