I was invited to the interview/assessment centre some months after a rejection for the same role.
After a 30' presentation of the company and the position given by the recruiters, a series of three interviews followed, mainly focused on a better knowledge of the career of the candidate and his personality profile.
No technical questions were involved, I guess they wanted to look into the inter-personal skills, as a final lunch break with other members of the team was scheduled in the end of the day. However, a deep research on the activities of Moody's Analytics is advised and you may expect some competency-based questions.
The Recruiting team and I were aware of my stronger preference for an analytical role and, although they didn't offer me a job in Client Services, they invited me for another assessment day regarding the Investor Services.

Talked to about 7 different people. Talked to director from different departments and some of the team leaders. About 30 minutes each. The whole interview process took from 9am-2pm. You might get lunch with some of them. A lof of general questions but you might catch some difficult questions because the interview is very long. You might have to take an Excel Test, too.

Telephone interview consisted usual behavioral questions including Moodys and competition.
Assessment center had a presentation one on one interview,excel based test,writing a page essay on the economy and a weird quantitative test (not number reasoning)

1 quick phone call, pre-screen type interview
Followed the next day by 2 back-to-back 30 minute interviews with leaders of product management teams. questions generally just talked about my resume and experiences and what I knew about Moody's business outside of the credit rating aspect. A couple questions about the financial crisis as well, just because a lot of the products being sold now are about mitigating risk.
