Interviewed Jul 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
I was a temporary employee with moody's and offered the opportunity to interview internally for a full-time position. This was after having been there only 1.5 months. I met with the person who will be my boss and then the former person in the role i will be filling and the managing director in charge of the department. The interviews very informal as I had prior knowledge of the company and everything i would be doing. I didn't feel much pressure interviewing but it was clear that they wanted to see that I have direct knowledge of the business and I would be able to get up to speed very quickly in a high exposure area.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 3 weeks)
I had three interviews over the phone with Moody's. First one was with the main guy who asked me about the position, my past experiences, education, basic stuff from my CV. Second was with a HR person, another standard questions. Third one with a hiring manager. It was the toughest one. She was asking about my experiences, give her examples where my attention to details was positively tested. Why do i think i am the right person for the position, what to i think the biggest challenge will be?

Interviewed Mar 2010 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
I was invited to interview with a prospective boss for the position. She described the details of the role and asked questions about my professional and personal experience, specifically details about the work I've done that fit with the role they were offering.
Questions ranged from specific problems I worked on, which I was asked to descrive in details, as well as my personal goals in this position, specifically to see if my goals fit with with the demands set by the role.
I was asked several times to define the terms that I used, such as "leadership", "strategy", "recommendations", etc.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
My recruiter suggested I go in and speak with the Head of the Group along with some of the team members. The people there are extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They are straightforward and really try to understand how your background fits in with what they are looking for. It was one of the best interviews I had gone on thus far. Even though, in the end, I was too junior for what they were looking for, I don't regret going in as it really helped me understand what there company does and also gave me a good prep for my next interview.
