Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 3 days)
The interview process at Moog was nothing more than a couple of Moog employees who did not seem to understand engineering or manufacturing. The interview was for a management position, but the interviewers seemed to ask questions that related to a position for an entry level technician. The interviewee had to wonder if Moog can conduct an interview, or has qualified people to conduct a proper interview, or has sufficient organization to understand the position qualifications.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in East Aurora, NY (took 3 days)
Interview process: 2 phone interviews, 2 onsite interviews including presentation and they require dinner with your spouse + a shrink interview.
Some weird company culture that they seem to be proud of going on there - no clear career path and internal political issues - non existing internal promotions made people leave for other jobs.

Reason for Declining
Company is right in the snowbelt of Upstate New York with 6 months of winter and 300 inches of snow. Competitor had a better career path.

Interviewed May 2010 in Blacksburg, VA (took 2+ weeks)
I got a phone call directed to my mobile from an engineer at the company. The phone call was a screening interview. I then was selected for an on site interview. I then beat out the competition!

What is your greatest achievement?
