2 interview hire. Looking to see if you have the ability to sell. And what is your customer experience focus. Very positive with the Regional Manager I was interviewing with. With the right regional manager you can expect to go far. Know what Moorehead Communications is about. Their mantra, their position in the industry and you will impress them.

Was told that I would make 15.00 hour minimum at 40 hours a week. Problem is you never work 40 hours and the truth is you make 12.50 an hour at 40 hours a week.

There were three interviews, with different departments. The HR interview was professional and more serious, but meetings with the sales managers were unpredictable. They were very interested in aggressive sales people. Mobile phone sales and Dish sales are highly competitive.

I applied for 2 roles at the same location, a store manager and a sales associate. I received an email stating I was selected to move to the next step, but no role was identified. The email included a link to a test inclusive of personality, skills, and IQ type questions. Upon completion of the test, I received another email and a phone call arranging a meeting at a hotel lobby for the manager opportunity. I met with the regional manager and had a 1 on 1 interview that went well. About a week or so later I received an offer letter via email.

    Interview Questions
    • The interview was rather cut and dry with normal scripted questions until my turn to ask questions came up. I asked direct questions and informed of my background as it related to the role and was assured of a smooth transition with plenty of support.   View Answer
