I applied through college or university and interviewed at Morgan Stanley.

Interview Question – Describe a time when you were challenged and overcame it   Answer Question

I applied online and the process took 4 weeks - interviewed at Morgan Stanley in December 2013.

Interview Details – 2 interviews, first with the 2 quality coordinators, then with the department manager. It was a little nerve-wracking, but I got the job. The process took a few weeks, which was less time than I anticipated.

Interview Question – What do I bring to the job? I thought this was the most difficult question just because the nature of the QP job is so set, and they are looking to see if there is anything extraordinary that you can bring to the job. But even so, that extraordinary capability may not be used or may not be pertinent to the scope of the QP position.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There was no negotiations, I was moving from a current position as a Service Professional so there was unfortunately no change in pay even though I took on the role of an "assistant manager" type job. There is supposed to be better opportunity for advancement and pay increases though.
