Interviewed Jan 2012 in New York, NY (took 5+ weeks)
The first round interview was held on campus and consisted of a 1:1 30 mintute interview. It started out with me walking the recruiter through my resume. He then asked some behavioral questions such as, "tell me about a situation where you found yourself working in a group that was heading in the wrong direction, how it was changed, and what you got out of it." He also asked which group within finance I would like to work for if I had the choice. I got a second round interview out of it, which I have yet to complete, which is at their office in NY.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Moscow (Russia) (took a day)
job: part-time worker in finance dep., mainly to deal with Excel. Had 2 separate 1:1 interviews, first with the finance department employee, second with a hr recruiter. the first one was quite logical, with questions about 'my story' and 'assets vs. liabilities', 'credit vs. debit'.
the second one was too abstract, it semt like the recruiter was a bit strange, asked seemingly not-coherent questions.
they promised to call back in 3 days, failed to do that, i only managed to reach them 5 or 6 days after the interiew and they informed about their denial.

Interviewed May 2010 in New York, NY (took a day)
Phone Interview with pure mathematical questions. And the interviewer asked me something about personal trading, like which ticker I have traded. Difficulty of math questions vary from easy to extremely hard, one of which took me nearly 2 weeks to find the answer.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
I applied through the university. First round interview was one on one, and consisted of behavioral and technical (accounting) questions. They flew me out to NYC a couple weeks later, and had a group activity, in which interviewers observed our interactions with each other, and then 3 one on one interviews. They were mostly fit questions, with a focus on the markets and my past experiences.
