No Offer – Interviewed in Baltimore, MD Oct 2011 – Reviewed Nov 14, 2011
Interview Details – Started with an on campus interview with one of the Managers in the operations department. It was a pretty straight forward behavioral interview and also a chance for them to see what you know about the company. The second round interview was held a week or so later in the Baltimore Office. It lasted about 2 1/2 hours and consisted of 2 1:1s and then a group presentation to a panel about a random problem they came up with. Mine was to design a roadway system into and out of a congested city. They basically just want to see how you work in a group. Everyone's friendly though and the interview process goes by fairly quickly.
Interview Question – how would you design a roadway system to relieve congestion coming into and out of a city during rush hour? Answer Question
