Seemed to be interested most in personal interactions above all, since that will be what you're doing. Also, your current network is very important, as it should be for this type of job. The people are all very professional. The office is professional as well. As for work culture if you're a rookie, you better work your ass off.

They asked me how much I wanted. I gave them a number, must have been too low since they accepted right away.
