I was first contacted by a VP and did a phone interview. The interview is very behavioral. Nothing really technical. Behavioral questions focus on teamwork, hard working abilities, etc. They also tested your knowledge of the current market. Then I was invited to NYC for a final round, which consisted of 4 1to1 interviews. 30 mins each.

Super-day, 15 people as a group, then we were interviewed by 7 people, and 3 of us were given offers. very intense and organized. Decision was made by the end of the day. Communication skills are essential, you will have to be liked by them. Plus there were a lot of technical questions.
