First, a phone interview, lasting 30 minutes. First 20 minutes are all programming problems, like c# and Java. Then a problem about algorithm. You can ask questions in the last 5 minutes.
After passing the phone interview, there is an AC lasting for 6 hours. First, a paper test, two problems of writing codes by hand. Then there rounds 1 to 1 interviews, all programming and algorithm problems, and some fit questions. Then a group interview, giving you a topic and ask you to give presentations in group.
Be declined at last, because I am not good at coding.

I have finished the interview call this evening and last 20 mins.
I don't know how he will judge on me, I have present my best and answered most the questions.
Qs:
Briefly self-introduction;
Talk more about the projects' structure and related technology;
What is the difference between JDK 1.5 and JDK 1.4;
What is the HashCode and Equal method;
Talk about the database;
What is index, the advantage and disadvantage;
Why you leave current company?
In fact I didn't see much interest on me from him during the interview. The English communication is fluent, but the question is really not questions, like some more understanding about what did I do and How. I did my best and am looking forward good news. =D

An agent contacted me about this position after they saw my resume and few days later, Morgan stanley send me IKM accessment from email. The questions on that test inlcuding:
1) Java basic questions
2) Algorithems
3) thread safty issues
4) programming, writing the code
