Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 2 days)
Pretty straightforward interview process. I had one on-campus interview and a final round interview in their Chicago office. The sheer number of candidates interviewing in the final round (M* has 3 Final Round days) is pretty intimidating but the day is fairly relaxed with four interview with HR/Manager/C-level people.
The offices are really cool and modern. People are extremely nice and the process was an organized, pleasant experience.

The process started with on-campus recruiting. There were then phone interviews and on-site interviews. There were several senior managers at the interviews who represented various departments. We were fed a nice lunch mid-day and the building was okay, but they were in the process of moving to the new headquarters,
